According to Plato’s Symposium, Zeus created humans with four arms, four legs, and a head with two faces.
These beings were so powerful that Zeus began to fear their power, so he split their soul apart into two separate beings that resemble the humans we see today.
Some new-age enthusiasts believe that humans each have a twin, another human which is the other half of the soul they originally shared.
Pixabay Source: PixabayThe twin soul theory states that these souls can be romantically connected or bonded through friendship, but when these two souls are reunited they can do incredibly powerful things for humanity.
I’m not sure if 7-year-old friends Jia Sarnicola and Zuri Copeland have ever heard of this legend, but they believe that they are actual twins who share a soul.
Permission to love freely😇😍

The notion sent chills through their moms.
“They will tell you that they are twins and they have a long list of reasons why to back it up,” Ashley, who is Jia’s mom, says.

That list includes the fact that their birthdays are almost the same day, they have similar physical traits and are the same height (or at least they think they do).
In honor of their twindom, they insist on wearing matching outfits whenever possible.
Their moms go along with it, but that doesn’t mean everyone else does.

“You know, you’re happy for a few seconds and then you become sad because they have to grow up – and then society takes over,” Zuri’s mom Valencia said.
Valencia said she was pretty “thrown” when the girls used the shared soul concept to explain their relationship.

Despite this fact, the girls don’t always see eye to eye.
Like the time when Zuri accused Jia of having a boyfriend, which she was not happy about.
The friendship between these girls goes back to when they were just 4-years-old in preschool. Their story was covered by CBS Evening News .

Even at just 4-years-old, they knew their relationship was something special.
They refused to call each other just friends. Or even sisters. They knew even then that they were twins.
Beautiful day in the neighborhood!😀😀😀

And whether or not the girls are actually each other’s spiritual twin remains to be seen.
But like twin souls, these two have created an extremely powerful message that serves as an inspiration for humanity.
That regardless of their differences, they still see each other as one.
