Is it safe to put my credit card number into this website?

All personal information is confidential/private. We will never share your information with any third party site.

 

I have a gift card or discount code, how do I use it?

If you get a discount code for example for subscribing to our newsletter, please copy this code and paste it in the field Gift card or discount code on the checkout page.

We are not able to grant discounts after your purchase has already been completed.

 

How can I track my order?

As soon as we are ready to ship your order we will send you an email with the USPS tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours before tracking information is updated on USPS.com.

If you have an account your tracking number will be visible in your account after you log in.

 

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
